Those looking to take off for luxury sea cruises, KOP Hotels and Resorts Group enterprise, Aqua Voyage will now open doors to its newly acquired Sea Bear Westport 130 yacht for charter. Aqua Voyage has acquired a reputation of high altitude when it comes to offering luxury cruising services for groups, and the adding of the Westport 130 luxury cruise liner only adds to it. With luxurious five-stateroom accommodation and luxury hotel standard public places, this yacht will certainly add a whole new dimension to luxury cruises as sea. It also carries with it, the whole plethora of collectibles inside, dedicated to Jack Nicklaus’ career. He was associated with the moniker ‘Golden Bear’, the nomenclature also used to name the passenger ship.

In order to keep the golfing legend’s memories alive, the passenger ship will be carrying 36 unique pieces of memorabilia, which have been picked from the Jack Nicklaus Museum. The reason for this is that he was also a previous owner of the Westport 130 ship, and held it as one of his most cherished toys. Along with this, there will be artwork done by Pat Morell in the main salon, alongside the trophies, the career map, the famous White Fang putter used for winning the 1967 US Open, World Series of Golf, and the World Cup Team Championships, apart from various moments in Mr. Nicklaus’ life beyond the putting greens. The other amenities on board would include the cozy seated main salon, which is joined by the 10-member formal dining area. Above that is the sky lounge, where there is a wet bar, gaming table, and another set of luxurious seating arrangements to enjoy one’s drink. Also there is the option of cooking up a barbeque or simply enjoy the views from the upper deck, which comes as an ideal spot for those who love nature. For resting in, there are 5 staterooms with plush furnishings, and done up in golfing championship themes. In all, 8 guests can be treated along with staff members at any point of time.

As for the engine of this 40-meter ship goes, there are twin 2,735 HP generating engines to take the vessel across most waters. Unlike some faster ones, this ship can top at 24 knots, while cruising at 20 knots over a distance of 3,000 nautical miles. The specifications seem perfectly right for a joint family lazy cruise in the ocean with the backdrop of Golf around.
